 PLEASE NOTE on 4/24/2020 the public participation instructions for the April 27, 2020 regular Board meeting have been updated in the Amended Agenda.

 In order to protect the health and safety of the public and District employees, District facilities, including the headquarters building located at 2890 Mosquito Road, Placerville, CA 95667 will be closed to the public until further notice. In accordance with EO N-29-20, the public may participate in the District’s Board meeting by teleconference or web conference. Members of the public who observe the meeting via teleconference or web conference will be given the opportunity to speak and address the Board, and their comments will be included in the audio recording of the meeting.
