Homeowners that construct their own irrigation system in the recycled water service are required to attend EID's recycled water workshop. This workshop is also mandatory for all landscape companies & pool contractors who design or install irrigation systems or pools in the recycled water service area. The workshop provides information and resources for the design, installation, and use of recycled water for landscape irrigation.
