El Dorado Irrigation District
Home Sitemap ContactRecycled Water Workshop Information
EID requires that all landscape companies, designers, and pool contractors working on lots supplied with recycled water attend an EID recycled water workshop before an irrigation or fill line plan is submitted or any landscape work is performed on a dual-plumbed lot.
Homeowners that construct their own irrigation system in the recycled water service are required to attend EID's recycled water workshop.
The workshop will cover the District’s recycled water irrigation system, drinking water feature requirements, and dual-plumbed regulations. During the workshop, the irrigation design and inspection process will be reviewed to help prevent costly mistakes in the design and installation of the landscape irrigation and water feature systems.
All landscape companies, designers, and pool contractors are required to attend a workshop every 18 months. Homeowners only need to attend the workshop once.
Please choose one of the workshops in the list below. Workshops are conducted online via ZOOM, the link is in the calendar item when you open it.
