The District is conducting a public scoping meeting in preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Sly Park Intertie Replacement Project.
The Notice of Preparation is available for review and comment from February 3, 2023 to March 6, 2023. The document is also posted on EID's website under Regulatory Environmental Docs (CEQA/NEPA and project webpages.
Comments can be emailed to SlyParkIntertieNOP@EID.org, mailed to EID (address below), or hand delivered either at the public scoping meeting or to EID. Comments MUST BE received by 5:00 p.m., March 6, 2023.
